TL;DR We collect contact and order information to provide quotes, coordinate delivery, and support your purchase. If you opt in to SMS, we’ll text you about your inquiry, quotes, RTO/payment reminders, and delivery updates. You can reply STOP anytime to opt out.

• Lead & order details (building size/style preferences, quotes, invoices, RTO terms, delivery instructions).
• Communications (emails, SMS, call recordings/transcripts when enabled for quality, training, and documentation).
• Usage data (IP, device/browser info, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location) via cookies and analytics.
• Marketing attribution (UTM parameters, ad campaign/source).
• Payment-related info processed by secure third-party processors (we do not store full card details).

2) How We Use Information

3) SMS Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., on our website forms, Facebook lead ads, or in-person forms), you agree to receive SMS messages from Factory Direct Sheds about your inquiry, quotes, RTO/payment reminders, specials, and delivery updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also request removal via the contact methods below.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent: Not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers: Not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Updates: We may change short/long codes or numbers; we’ll honor your STOP status across numbers used by us.

4) Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for core site functionality, analytics (e.g., page performance, usage), and advertising/retargeting. You can manage cookies via your browser settings. Some features may not work without certain cookies.

5) How We Share Information

• Vendors/Service Providers: CRM, SMS/email delivery, call handling/recording, analytics, hosting, payment processors—only as needed to perform services for us.
